"Delivery just wasn’t reliable :/"
My delivery kept getting pushed back, and I wasn’t getting any clear updates. I had to keep checking on it myself, which got frustrating. Overall, not reliable at all for delivery :(

"Returning Something Shouldn't Be This Hard"
I tried to return an item from muvfl.com, and wow, what a fun little adventure in frustration. I had to explain the same issue more than once, because apparently repeating yourself is just part of the premium customer experience.
The exchange rules were confusing, and the staff didn’t seem to be working from the same playbook. After wasting a bunch of time and still not getting it sorted, I’m sure I won’t be shopping there again.

I’m not sure if I was asking the wrong questions or what, but the staff seemed unsure about things. I got different answers depending on who I talked to, which just made me more confused. Maybe I misunderstood something, but I left feeling like I had less clarity than when I came in. It was frustrating

I’ve tried ordering from muvfl.com a few times now. Same thing every time. I see a discount, get my cart ready, add the promo… then suddenly it says it’s not valid. Or the total looks fine until checkout, and then the price changes. Kind of feels like the deals are just there to get you to click around. I asked support about it too, but didn’t really get a clear answer. Just frustrating. Ended up giving up on the order completely

"Just didn’t feel comfortable there"
When I went in, the whole place felt kind of off. It was crowded, the music was loud, and the waiting area looked messy, so I couldn’t really relax while I was there.

The staff handled what they needed to, but because the atmosphere felt tense and rushed, I just wanted to get out quickly. I was expecting something calmer, so I probably wouldn’t go back...

I had a hard time finding clear information about the lab tests. It felt like the details were kind of buried, which was frustrating. On top of that, the reminders felt way too aggressive, like I was being pushed constantly instead of just helped...

"Harder to navigate than most stores"
I stopped in hoping to grab what I needed quickly, but the layout was confusing. Compared to other stores I usually shop at, this one felt a lot more scattered and harder to browse. After wandering around for a few minutes and not finding it, I just gave up.

"Didn’t Feel Worth the Price"
I checked out muvfl thinking I might find a decent deal, but the prices just felt way too high for what you actually get. The weird part is, it wasn’t like the service seemed terrible or anything — I just kept comparing it to other options and feeling like I could get the same thing cheaper somewhere else. Maybe it makes sense for some people, but for me it didn’t feel worth it, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Quality was disappointing"
I thought the shirt looked decent online, but when it showed up it felt really thin and cheap. The seams were messy too, which made it feel like it wasn’t made with much care. When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I was being picky for expecting better. Definitely didn’t feel worth what I paid.

Check-in was a mess. The security at the door felt weirdly pushy, and the ID check took way longer than it should have even though I had everything ready. Nobody explained which line to use, so everyone just seemed confused. I also tried emailing beforehand and the replies felt like they were written by a robot, not an actual person trying to help. The whole thing was way more stressful than it needed to be, and I left annoyed.

"New patient signup was more confusing than I expected"
I was trying to sign up as a new patient, and maybe it was partly me being tired and trying to rush through it, but the whole onboarding process felt confusing. There were too many steps, some of the info wasn’t clear, and I kept having to go back and fix things. Not the best first impression, honestly. I feel like getting started should’ve been a lot easier...

I was trying to get a few things ordered and the site seemed easy enough to use at first. I added everything to my cart, checked out, and figured I was all set. Then later I got a message saying the items weren’t actually in stock, even though the site showed they were. That’s happened before too, so it feels like the inventory isn’t being updated properly. Annoying and ended up wasting my time. I don’t think I’ll be using muvfl.com again...

I had a frustrating time trying to understand the policies before placing my order. Some of the info was there, I guess, but it felt buried or not explained clearly, which was annoying. I don’t mind reading the details, but having to click around for basic stuff was a bit much. Maybe I just missed something, but overall it didn’t feel very straightforward and left me not too happy with the experience.

I was ready to order, honestly. But then I started reading the product info and... yeah. It was kind of vague. Bits of details here and there, but nothing really clear enough to make me feel sure. I kept scrolling, trying to piece it together, and eventually just gave up. Didn’t want to buy something without knowing what I was actually getting.

I tried setting up an account and it just kept sending me in circles to verify the same stuff over and over. The profile page wasn’t very clear either, and I had to re-enter my details more than once. What made it more frustrating was that when I tried to get help, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership of the issue. Not a great first impression at all

"Medical card check was frustrating"
To be fair, maybe it was just a glitch, but the medical card verification was a mess for me. It wouldn’t accept my card no matter what I tried, and when I reached out to support, they weren’t really able to help much.

"Didn't feel very private to me"
I don’t know, I was expecting things to feel a lot more discreet, but the whole experience just made me uneasy. It felt like my info and order details weren’t being handled as carefully as they should’ve been, and once I got that feeling I couldn’t really shake it. Maybe I’m just more cautious about that stuff, but still, it didn’t sit right with me. I won’t be using them again.

"Same-Old-Stuff Central"
I was let down by the selection on MÜV. I went in expecting a decent range of options, but it felt more like Welcome to Slim Pickings, population: me. A bunch of the stuff I was actually looking for either wasn’t there at all or had barely any choices. After a while, it just felt like I was clicking through the Same Few Things Museum. Maybe it’s fine if you’re not picky, but for me, it definitely wasn’t worth the time.
